The ILED-DL-B T3 is a slim, flat-panel recessed LED downlight for commercial ceilings. The housing is 45mm deep on every model, which keeps the fixture close to the ceiling line and leaves headroom in the room below.
Range and models
Four sizes cover the range. The ILED-DL3-B T3 is 10W with 1,000 lm, 110mm in diameter, cutout 95-100mm. The ILED-DL4-B T3 is 15W with 1,500 lm, 140mm, cutout 120-130mm. The ILED-DL6-B T3 is 20W with 2,000 lm, 190mm, cutout 160-180mm. The ILED-DL8-B T3 is 25W with 2,500 lm, 228mm, cutout 200-210mm. Lumen efficacy is 100 lm/W across the range, so the larger models get their output from bigger light sources rather than running the LEDs harder.
Light source
The fixture uses LM80-certified LEDs, a rating that tracks lumen maintenance over time. Color rendering index is above 82, which keeps most commercial interiors looking natural — retail displays, offices, and healthcare areas all fall in this range. Color temperature is selectable between 3000K, 4000K, and 6000K via a switch, so the CCT can be set on-site to match the room. A hotel that uses 3000K in guest rooms and 4000K in corridors can stock one fixture type and set each on installation.
Power and electrical
Input voltage accepts 220-240VAC or 110-277VAC. The fixture is electrical Class II, so it does not require an earth connection. Power factor is above 0.9. The driver is built in, so there is no separate driver box to fit above the ceiling — one less component in the cavity.
Beam and optics
The beam angle is 120°, which spreads light evenly across a room. The flat-panel diffuser evens out the light from the LEDs, so there are no bright spots directly under the fixture. This suits general ambient lighting in offices, corridors, lobbies, and hotel rooms where people look up as often as they look ahead.
Construction and IP rating
The body is aluminum with a PC diffuser, in white or black finish. The aluminum frame also handles heat, so cooling is passive — no fans, no moving parts, no maintenance. The standard rating is IP42, which covers normal indoor use. IP54 is available as an option for dusty or damp areas such as corridors, workshops, and semi-exposed spaces. Choose the rating at order time; it is not field-convertible, so decide based on the actual environment before ordering.
Control options
Four functions are offered, selected at order: DALI for networked building control, Triac dimming for standard wall dimmers, 0-10V for analog control systems, and an emergency version for buildings that need backup lighting during a power outage. The emergency option connects to a backup supply and needs separate wiring, so factor that into the install.
Installation
Spring clips hold the fixture in the ceiling cutout — no screws or brackets to align. Connect the supply, push the housing up, and the clips seat it flush. The 3CCT switch and the control connections sit on the driver, accessible from below before the trim is seated. For a new ceiling, cut the hole to the model’s cutout range and leave cavity depth for the 45mm housing.
Warranty and certifications
Warranty is 3 to 5 years depending on configuration. The fixture carries SAA, CE, and RoHS certifications.
Typical use cases
Offices use the 4000K setting for general work lighting. Retail uses the 120° beam for even shelf illumination. Hotel rooms and corridors use the 3000K setting for a warmer tone. Lobbies and reception areas combine the flat-panel look with the emergency option for safety. Healthcare areas use the CRI above 82 for accurate color. Classrooms use the switchable CCT to shift between teaching setups.
